This book features play with the letter A, both in how I formed or presented the letter and in how the letter yielded new patterns when juxtaposed with variations of itself. Using a Vandercook press, I experimented with letters in both wood and lead type, as well as in linocuts and collographs. Also, I used handwriting and lead dingbats to highlight some of the letters. I completed this edition during a Penland School of Crafts concentration, which plunged me fully into the pursuit of book arts. (5 ¼” x 7 5/8” x ¼”)
